Kate has incredible healing hands!!! As soon as she put her hands on the sides of my head my body completely relaxed. My body felt very safe to open for her to work within my space which is soooooo important. Afterward I felt very at peace and my breathing was deeper than I can normally breathe without breathwork. I came to Kate for a session not really knowing what to expect. During the session, I felt waves of pulses throughout my body. Immediately, I felt so much lighter, my body became less tense, and my wrist/thumb on my right hand had become considerably less painful. I've been having so much pain and swelling in my hands, especially my right hand, for almost a year now. I was almost in tears after the session when I looked down at my thumb/wrist and the swelling was almost completely gone. Would definitely recommend Kate for a session!

When I was on a retreat in Hawaii, I was able to receive a Reiki session from Kate. I wasn't sure what to expect even though I had reiki sessions before. The first thing I noticed was how I was able to relax right away which is really hard for me to do because being a healer myself, I get curious at what is going on or what their technique is. lol. Kate's energy had me melt away and my breathing became deeper and more relaxed. I also noticed that my throat immediately felt a huge release taking place that was also gentle. My sacral chakra had alot of movement as well and so did my solar plexus. I felt a gentle warmth throughout my entire body and felt connected to the beautiful experience taking place. What amazed me was how tuned in Kate was during the session too. After she was finished, she told me that she felt resistance in the chakras I mentioned I felt movement and had a message that its okay to express myself fully. She went in more detail that I don't always have to be the positive for everyone around me and to honor myself in allowing myself to express different emotions and to allow myself to be in the moment. I appreciated this feedback because in a new surrounding it is hard for me to let my guard down, especially around people I don't know. It was throughout the retreat I noticed how this reiki session helped me more authentic with myself in the other healing sessions that were taking place and how my body was wishing for more sound to be expressed through me. I felt more in tune with what mattered to me and how i express myself the best through stories. I am so grateful and appreciate that I was able to have this session with Kate because I know it truly allowed me to be free in my journey while in hawaii and gave me more confidence to begin writing and living my own truth. Thank you Kate for an amazing experience!
