My healing journey began about eight years ago. I was depressed, anxious, overweight, had terrible eating habits, was always tired, and felt my life didn't have a direction. I hadn't had any goals since becoming a registered nurse.  After a meeting with a friend,  who is also a life coach and energy healer,  I decided I was taking charge of my life.  I slowly became aware of how I was treating myself and started making myself a priority.   Once I started doing this my life began to shift.   I had a spiritual awakening on Valentine's day 2023.  My eyes had opened and there was no going back.  After working with people with chronic disease as a nurse for over a decade,  one thing became painfully obvious, our healthcare system is not really meant to help people with chronic disease.   It places emphasis on quick fixes and bandaid, and neglects to address the root of the issue.  Once I realized this, a fire was lit inside me and I couldn't get enough.   I started researching and learning everything I could about alternative therapies.   Using these alternative therapies and lifestyle changes,  many diseases can be improved by getting to the root cause, which is often emotional and energetic.   My other passion is plants and herbs.  While caring for my patients,  I realized just how overused pharmaceuticals had become without giving the relief they were meant to.   Modern pharmaceuticals are almost completely synthetic and are not natural for the human body to absorb.   Luckily, most modern medications are originally derived from natural plants.   This is where I started to dive into herbal homemade remedies to replace synthetics.  My overall goal is to help people change their lives by taking charge and creating their own future.   Let me help you change your life.
